It's actually grounded in greed.

How else do you explain billions of dollars spend over the decades and still no end in sight with barely a useful conclusion?

I love my coffee two 3 or 4 times a day. I also found a great travel mug that can be use at places like Chloe's. In case you are interested you see it here:

I need some advice. My husband drinks up 200 oz of caffeine daily, which includes diet cokes and 8 cups of coffee in the a.m.

His dietian doesn't seem to think this is a problem.**crazy**

BTW, this is the equivalent to 25 cups of coffee a day. I'm concerned about the effect on his heart, as well as wearing out his pancreas. I'm really fuming at this nurse practitioner poo-pooing this.

Any thoughts based upon what your dietitian or doc has told anyone here? As a point of info, I've been a masters level chemical dependency counselor and therapist for the past 20 years. I was taught that anything over 3 cups of coffee a day is an overdose of caffeine. And, yes, he does have a problem with irritation/anger/tight muscles in neck and back.

I believe coffee is very good to your health.
I also believe caffine is destructive.

Chocolate is good for your health too and the makeup of the coffee bean is similar.

Buy your favorite decaf and drink away.

I replaced my coffee with Vita Coco to replenish my electrolytes instead of dehydrating me.
