I had no idea there was that many ppl with HIV in El Paso. Isn't AIDS the same thing as HIV? There are so many diseases with initials and/or numbers its hard to keep track of what is what?

HIV is the virus that eventually causes AIDS.

Sinaloa, this is a good example of why there are such high rates of sexually transmitted diseases.
People need to become educated and take the necessary precautions.
