I would go with lipo of the flanks and waist to enhance whatever hips you do have instead of adding implants etc to the hips. I have seen some amazing pictures of women who have had lipo done and all of a sudden seem to have "hips" for days. It just creates more of an hour glass figure...if thats what you want.
Fat transfer doesn't work that well. Do you of another too increase hip size ?

OMG..It is a blessing to have narrow hips.As long as your booty is up where it needs to be, and your waist is small; There is nothing better than narrow tight hips.It looks so much better to have a nice tight booty and broud shoulders than it does to have little weak shoulders and big wide out of shape hips. Show off your blessing and let the big girls do their own thing.I'm in love with my narrow hips.Guys love it as long as your tone.

You might want to be careful about undergoing one with the many issues that goes with a hip replacement nowadays. Just read here
for more information. It might not be the same as I suppose the cosmetic surgery will not involved any implant. However, purposely having your hip bones broken for aesthetic purposes is going too far.

DePuy hip replacement device is example of a defective medical product. It extreme cases, these hip devices may completely fail which will result in a more severe health complication. This happens when the device is not attached to the bone correctly; the unit is dislocated and misaligned; and the bone around the implant is fractured. Moreover, defective hip devices may deposit pieces of toxic metal into the patient’s bloodstream. The body tissues may also form pseudotumors. Thus, it is vital to have your hip device checked up regularly. See for more information.

It is best that you consult your doctor about this query on cosmetic hip surgery because undergoing such is very risky and is at risk of being implanted of defective devices which may pose great harm on you. Visit for more info.

Theoretically, and it wouldn't just be theory if trials and research were conducted, however, there are chemicals that can be injected along the growth plates in your bones, where it calcified, causing it to de-calcify, which would take months if not over a year to complete, then direct injections of localized growth hormones in small doses combined with the naturally occurring sex hormones in your body would cause bone growth that would fit such pattern, possibly supplemented with additional sex hormones to assist desired growth patterns.

It would be a lengthy process, however in my eyes it would be much more beneficial and lower risk than invasive surgeries for skeletal modification.

It could also be utilized in different manners to help get bone back into the "growth cycle" as it is during pubescent years, so that when a modification is done surgically to reduce the size or length etc. of a particular bone or group of bones, being in the growth cycle would assist in repairs and healing properly without development of bone spurs common from skeletal surgeries.

There's my two cents, take it or leave it, if you need proof, I'd take the time to hopefully come across this page again and drop the links to the supporting data.

I know dr rogers in Los Angeles (Beverly hills) does this surgery to make hips smaller--shaves the bone. Don't know anything about how the scars look or incision points. Good luck. Xo
