Has anybody heard of Dr. Frank Stile? His site is http://www.drstile.com and I was wondering if anybody has used him before. Your feedback would be greatly appreciated

Dr. Stile did my liposuction, abdominoplasty & a nose job. I recovered swiftly and without much pain. He is highly gifted. You can view before & after pictures: drstile.com/galleries/

He owns and performs all of his procedures in a 10,0000 square foot facility, Premium Surgical Services Center. Looking on the State of Nevada's Division of Health's website for validity of certification and if any inspection reports. http://health.nv.gov/HCQC.htm
Here is the link one of his inspection reports:

Good news is that his facility, Premium Surgical Services Center is state licensed as a ASC (ambulatory surgical center). Other plastic surgeons in Las Vegas that operate on-site at their own offices like Dr. Stile only have the minimum. Those operating room "suites" are certified by an independent agency that the State of Nevada recognizes which is usually through The American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities (AAAASF). These facilities are licensed by the State of Nevada as Outpatient Facilities. Unlike Dr. Stile, these facilities are not inspected by the State of Nevada regularly (some aren't inspected at all BTW - scary) and if they are inspected it is only for the facilities Infection Control Policies.
So these surgical "suites" to maintain the AAAASF accreditation perform their own self-inspection and get inspected on-site by another doctor every few years. From what I can tell, there is no oversight or regulatory body looking in on these places at all to confirm if the staff is performing instrument sterilization, injection practices, etc. These "operating room suites" are on the honor system...there is no oversight at these places...
The State of Nevada after the Hep-C outbreak in 2008 sent a news bulletin to the public of questions to ask before a surgical procedure.

You can ask your surgical facility, but I am sure that the answers will set your mind at ease. How would you know any different?

The Nevada Medical Board does not show any board actions against him.

Good Luck in choosing a surgeon. His online reviews sound great.
FYI - this information is available for the anyone in the public to access.
