I asked a friend of mine who worked in a cosmetic surgery office in the US and she said that was because South American Doctors are used to working on people that want to see results. What a South American perceives as beauty is not what the US people perceive and she said what she meant was they want perfection and will settle for nothing less and in the US they simply just want to look better. I have to say if I am going for surgery I want perfection and not just to look better. After that I decided to go back to Cosmetic Harmony and get my butt implants taken out and get a Brazilian butt lift. I have to say by far the best surgery decision I ever made. I got those ridiculous implants out of my butt and had the fat transferred from my sides, flanks and back to my but. The results were amazing I have the best butt even now. So here is my analysis of what everyone is talking about. Being a person who has had surgery in both the US and outside. In South America due to the lower cost of surgery the surgeons have far more experience to there us counterparts simply because they perform more surgeries. In the US the cost of course is much more and I do see people here saying it is equal in the US. They are completely wrong and here is why. In the US yes the surgery price may be similar in some cases but you are comparing a no name doctor here to a top notch surgeon in South America. So apples to apples it is not the same. Then you have the cost here in the us which they never tell you there are all these extra fees. girdles, anesthesiologist, medicine, bandages blah blah blah basically in the end you will 1000000% pay at least 40-70% more here in the US and you certainly will not have a top notch surgeon work on you here in the US. However if you truly compare apples to apples you will pay double if not triple here in the US for the equivalent down in South America. Those are my thoughts and I hope it helps someone you make your decisions

i recently got my boobs done threw dr.sayyes and they where wounderfull to me made me feel great about the choice i have no regreats would do it all over again my dr.made sure i understood everything befor i comitted to surgery and that felt great because i new i was getting what i wanted didnt feel presherd at all was great.
