Oh yeah, almost forgot- GoGirl, how long was it before you saw a change/growth with the oil mix and the fish oil? Anything else I should be doing besides exercising? My skin is amazingly soft from the oil. I have the plastic wrap, so I'm going to start wrapping tonight.

You're welcome!:) Don't say you don't know a damn thing, from your posts you seem to know a lot, we just know different things about growing a butt and that's why we are here to help each other :)

Yeah working at GNC for 4 years I have learned that the supplement industry feeds off of their ill-educated customers saying like "THE BEST DIET PILL EVER" and then I look at the ingredients and you are getting a really small amount of ingredients of things that don't burn off fat.(Not to bring it up again but...) this is why I say BBB MIGHT not work for SOME PEOPLE because of how little of each ingredient you're getting and 1/2 of the ingredients don't even directly give you bootie or have nothing to do with gaining a big butt.

Yes it should help because like your butt you have strong estrogen activated fat cells on your hips, butt, and upper legs. So applying my Pueraria Mirifica oil will work on any of those areas to help add good fat. Then what you want to do are hip exercises. Google these to find pictures

DO HIP ABDUCTOR MACHINE EXERCISES AND DO THEM AS HEAVY AS YOU CAN. This will add a lot of muscle to fill in those areas as well as the fat from the oil.

I don't know what specifically it was that I did that gained me what, I did all of the things I mentioned in my thread at once, exercise, diet, supplements, and oil mix all at once so I don't know for sure what gained me what, and how much.

BUT doing all of those things I gained almost an inch in my first month and then the 5 months after that I gained the 13 inches.

I do know for sure that there is no way the oil gave me all 13 inches. I know most of my butt is muscle because my squat and leg press are insane. I squat 265 pounds and max out the leg press machine at my gym at 480 pounds. When I say you gotta lift heavy I mean HEAVY that's how bodybuilders get so huge. You start off doing a little bit less than what you think you can and every week add 5-10 pounds to your exercises until you can lift as much as me. My legs and butt are pretty close to what Venus and Serena William's butt and legs look like.

I say just do it all, if you are really serious about getting a big butt you should be doing all you can to get it and have PATIENCE this is not going to happen over night, it will take probably 6 months, maybe more to get what you want.

^ follow that as much as possible. Protein is the most important out of everything I mentioned, get a protein powder and take 40 grams RIGHT AWAY after each butt workout or any day you workout any muscles for that mater.

The fact is I don't know EXACTLY what gave the the most bootie. One thing for sure is that the exercise will be the first results you see, the oil mix will take some time to kick in.

The more protein you eat, the better you eat in general the better results you get. Tissue isn't made from chocolate cake, you have to set yourself up for success. Your body is made of minerals, vitamins, amino acids, and other elements if they are lacking your body can't just grow from sugar and potato chips, you need to feed your body what it needs to grow new tissues whether it be for those who are just doing the oil, just doing exercise, or doing both at the same time.

If you are trying to lose weight at the same time it's not going to work. You butt needs the calories to grow, but you need less calories to lose weight.

I must make a note that all the ladies who are trying my approach. I've noticed that most of you are just asking me questions about my oil and you are asking "what about the fish oil". I don't know what gave me the most bootie meat because I did all of this at once but something I can say are these beliefs/facts about my regiment.

I THINK YOU LADIES NEED TO FOCUS ON MORE THINGS THAN JUST MY MIX/LOTIONS BECAUSE THAT WILL GET YOU THE FAT BOOTIE MEAT BUT IT'S NOT GOING TO GET YOU THE MOST SIZE. I SAY FOCUS ON ALL/AS MANY THINGS AS YOU CAN THAT I SAY WORKS GROWING BIG MUSCLES IS WHAT'S GONNA GET YOU A HUGE BUTT. KIM KARDASHIAN WORKOUTS OUT HER BUTT A LOT. READ EVERYTHING IN MY THREAD/POST

-Growing muscles will give you the best results fast and doing the things I mentioned here: Post #738 http://www.topix.com/forum/med/plastic-surger... will ensure that you are supporting the most muscle growth for size

-Horse chestnut increases the circulation in your legs and butt areas and will be important for transporting whatever supplements you are taking and it will help circulate the lotions you are putting on

-REMEMBER in my "regiments" section of my thread I state that I mix in fish oil with the Pueraria Mix that's is VERY IMPORTANT because if you don't use the fish oil the phytoestrogens in the mix won't have anything to store in your fat cells

-When exercising lifting HEAVY is the most important thing for growing a big butt. You don't want to do cardio that day and eat a little bit more (of healthy foods) that day so your butt has something to grow from. Your butt can't grow from nothing so adding a bit more calories plus the BCAA's, protein, vitamins, fish oil, etc I mention will help it grow from something. Junk food with not help, your butt can't grow from potato chips, eat salads, lean chicken, beans, nuts, whole grains, etc. Start your weights off with a little less than what you think you can do and add another 5-10 pounds every week or two until you can do a 265lb squat, 480lb leg press, and 450 pound dead lift like me.

-Most Americans have poor digestion or absorption. Most of us don't even know it. So some of the stuff you are taking in aren't even being absorbed correctly so taking apple cider vinegar or digestive enzymes insure that yo are absorbing all those proteins, fish oil,(for some taking internally pueraria mirifica or aguaje), the horse chestnut, etc.

-Taking a pre-workout like I mentioned either A-AKG with CEE or N.O.-xplode will help your workout A LOT and will expand your muscles to grow more and make exercise easier because of the nitric oxide.

-If you don't exfoliate your skin with a dry brush or with a body scrub, or something like that every time before you put on the oil mix your dead skin cells will block some of the oil from getting deep into your tissues.

-SLEEP ON YOUR STOMACH. If you sleep on your butt all night you are compressing your tissues leaving them no room to expand. Your muscles and tissues and hormones are activated most when you sleep so don't sleep on your butt or it won't grow out it will grow dense.

I can't stress enough how much I think all of these steps are important. Don't rely on just my oil mix to grow your butt bigger if you want a big butt you have to WORK HARD for it, taking supplements, working out, scrubbing your skin, making healthy food. AND IT'S NOT GOING TO SHOW UP IN TWO WEEKS IT'S GONNA TAKE SEVERAL MONTHS

MOST OF ALL FOR THE LOVE OF GOD M-E-A-S-U-R-E YOURSELF N-O-W SO THAT YOU CAN P-R-O-V-E TO YOURSELF THAT YOU ARE IN F-A-C-T GROWING MEASURE YOURSELF EVERY 2-3 WEEKS TO MONITOR YOUR PROGRESS. THIS IS THE FACT, IF THE MEASURING TAPE ISN'T GETTING LONGER, YOU AREN'T GROWING AND NEED TO TRY SOMETHING DIFFERENT.

I have been taking saw palmatto, fenugreek, and dandelion along with the fish oil.

When I use the fish oil, I feel the swelling in my butt in 10 minutes. But when I wake up it seems like my butt is shrinking.

Should I stop taking the pills mentioned and just use maca?

Pls help its only been a week and I'm getting discouraged.

You're discouraged after a week, you need A TON more patience than that, getting a bigger butt naturally takes MONTHS of work. Fish oil shouldn't make your butt small but I know it isn't impossible so maybe it is every woman is different. Try using lard instead, melt it and slather than on and see what happens, that worked for me too. Out of the herbs you are taking I would only suggest Fenugreek and Maca. Fenugreek helps your liver process hormones and digest them in your body properly so you can use them. And Maca is well-known as one of the top herbs to give you a big butt.

Read my article and consider doing most/all of the stuff I did, a few posts down (like post #9 I think) I have my before and after pictures as well.

Just thought I'd let you ladies know I've begun writing my book :) I have done A LOT of research the past few days (a little too much actually... I went too far branching off on little pieces of information and had to force myself to go back and stick to the strongest evidence.) I have found some new information that is really interesting and very different from what we've been talking about here.

I have gotten permission for half of the quotes I want to use in my book from the authors of the articles/books :)!!!

I have found a lady at my gym who is willing to do my program so I can have before and after pictures for my website in mid May of her 2 month results and she is going to do it for 6 months.

I am only on the second chapter of either 16-18 chapters (I'm still figuring that out)

I've got a personal trainer to be my model for pictures in my take-to-the-gym workout book.

Some information I have been withholding from your ladies that you'll get

-A different and possibly more effective oil mixture
-What foreign foods I ate and why
-Evidence about phytoestrogens
-Secrets from 3 different countries
-More exercises I haven't mentioned
-Another regiment
-What I "cycled" on and off of and why

I should have the book done by the end of April I'm super excited to get it started and start up the website where you guys can all post on the forum your success stories and help each other out.

Basil doesn't help with growing a butt. It does help digestion though so your tummy will be flat making it look like your butt is bigger

Stakz, let's just let it go. Lol. If I offended u, I apologize. If it helps, the oil mix is working a lot. I mixed it with the fish oil, which almost kills the fishy smell. My thighs and butt are itching like crazy, so I'm debating if I should add Vitamin E to the mix, or put it on directly.

My oil mix? If so that's great news! Would you like to take before and after pictures for me?

Yeah... the Pueraria Mirifica powder bits is what's making you itch like that... it sucks but is sooooo worth it :)

Yep, its your oil mix, but its the Aguaje powder/ PM extract. I added them both to the mix. I don't have a problem with before and after pics. Just let me know when you need them.

I dont notice anything somehow like my butt hasnt grown. Ive done 100 squats everyday i gave up now..and i also tried all the rutines out there for exercise now im applying the fish oil with vitamin e on my butt. Its still not working havent seen a Change. Can someone tell me what to do TO make my butt bigger? ive bought the biggerbutt secrets And idk its not growing im so sad. Can someone plz help me N E ONE! Pleeease :))

First off, doing butt exercises everyday is not good. You should only workout your butt 2 maybe 3 times a week with two days of rest in between workout days. For example you workout your butt Monday, wait till Thursday to work it out again. Your muscles need time to rest so they can heal and grow. You MUST take protein powder after every butt workout I would suggest 40 grams of soy protein.

You must also do more than just squats (like lunges, dead lifts, hip abductors, leg curls, etc, plus, doing 100 squats is a lot, you should do most butt/leg exercises 8-12 repetitions 3 sets. So squat 8-12 times, rest a bit, do another 8-12, rest, then one more 8-12 squats. You must also lift HEAVY, this is how you are going to get size, look at body builders they are huge and lift heavy.

Also, how long have you been doing the fish oil on your butt, how many capsules per butt cheek, and how many times a day. If you have only been doing this for 2-3 weeks then you aren't going to see results, growing a bigger butt takes MONTHS to do, you should see a visual difference after 2 months. SOMETIMES women get lucky and see it in 2-3 weeks.

I suggest 2-3 fish capsules PER CHEEK mixed with vitamin E and/or castor oil, wrap yourself in plastic wrap and let it sit all night or for at least 2 hours. Do this twice a day, AT LEAST once per day (if you miss some days SOMETIMES it's no big deal, but the point is be diligent as much as possible)

Building a bigger butt is very much a holistic thing, meaning you must approach it as a whole body thing at every angle. There is no easy way out, no magic bullet. You must eat, exercise, apply stuff topically, and take supplements, ALL PROPERLY.
