Having a healthy level of respect for opioids is critical for any physician. For those of us who prescribe or recommend this class of medicines on a daily basis, this statement rings all the more true.Recent events and research reinforce this reality.

I have spent the last 6 months trying several different long acting chronic pain medications trying to find one that stopped the pain as well, and with as few difficult side effects as the original formula of OxyContin. While i have found medications that help with the pain, and some with minimal side effects, I have not yet found one to be even remotely as effective while creating so few bad side effects.
It really pisses me off that we, the legitmate chronic pain sufferers of America, are the ones that have to suffer because the junkies of America happen to like the prescription medication we are on.
Just another example of how the War on Drugs is failing, and yet again the innocent citizens of America are the ones who suffer....

The reformulation can be "over ridden" but it is so time consuming, yet the finished product is tasty and very instantly effective.
I have a wife that has gotten herself in a bit of "termoil" over these products and she has legit pain but an even worse "need" for opiates. She is black listed due to dr overlapping and rx manipulating. When I caught wind of her mistakes I just had to inquire as to her direction and thinking (for gods sake, short of identification implants in us we are monitored to standards that are all but failsafe and we are very traceble).
Back to the topic, I get those and prepare them in a specific and very concise set of procedures I developed with some on line advice and in person preperation that became an art.
