This end of life issue is only for the average american. Those up there who are pushing this healthcare down our throats, have plenty of money and good ensurance plans to be able to pay for anything they need, at any age. Nobody is going to councel them on how to drop dead, and some of them are beyond the age for a counceling session.

I will be happy to accept any plan if it includes the president and other government workers. Whats good for them..is good for us.

Let the high and mighty in our federal government, including "all" employees do the
test run for 5 years! Instead they have a 5 year
opt out with another 5 years after that!

Now the Dems are telling the GOP they can not use the words "government-run-healthcar e" when they're in their home states. First Amendment rights for all? Clearly not!

They can call it whatever they like. The american people are finally seeing what it is.

I have been all over the net, for the past two weeks, reading each article, and whats more important..the comments.

I can count on one hand, the people who are for this plan, and they are probably so desperate for insurance, they cant think clearly.

There is nothing wrong with the healthcare in this country. There IS something wrong with insurance companies, drug companies and lawyers. THATS what they should be trying to fix.

85% of the people in this country have health insurance. If the government is so concerned about the rest..then do something for them and leave us out of it.

The sad part is..its probably our of the control of the american citizen. The washingon bozos and their leaders will dictate and force down our throats, whatever they feel like...especially since they wont be directly involved with whatever the shove at us.

See how fast this plan would have been shot down, if they had to be on it too.

It wouldn't matter if 100% of the American citizens said no to one of their idiotic bills they would pass it any way.

We said no to TARP, We said no to Stimulus, We said no to Omnibus, We said no to Cap & Trade, We said no to Healthcare... And they said NO to us!!

See this administration seems to think we are to dumb to think for ourselves so they have to do it for us.

I know I'm just wasting my breath but I'm still going to keep hounding my Rep and Senators and just hope that they will actually listen to us some day. I hope everyone will keep calling/emailing until they finally realize WE are their boss!!

I say keep the old people, and let the poor people die. At least the old people paid a lot of taxes during their working years, the poor never have or ever will pay any taxes, they have no 'credit' on the books, like old folks.

This is not about health care it is about control of huge sums of money, invasion of privacy sad to say our country is heading down a bad path out sourcing, loss of manufacturing, importing large numbers of poor under educated people, along with this our poor public schools and now a crazy health care scheme that will in the end allow people to die and bankrupt our country.

I will say one thing. There will never come the day, where I will talk to ANYONE about how to die.

I will rot in my own bed, before that...and die my way.

What I dont understand is why we havent seen any protests on this. People protest for the most idiotic thing. This is something that the entire american population will be dealing with..and nobody is doing a thing to protest it.

This poor excuss for a president needs to be stopped. He is ruining this country as we knew it and we need to band together today as demand he step down or be inpeached for abusing his power. This man is a runnaway trainwreck . I'll never understand how he fooled so many people to get elected with that fraud registering of Acorn. This latest deal with Gates showes his true colors and what he believes. He is a bigoted, racist, militant and along with Michelle hates america and everything we stood for. He can apoligize to the whole world for things america done but he can't apoligize to the cambridge police even when he knows he was wrong and racist with his assumption. He picked on the wrong person! Let Nobama, go back to Kenya.s demand our rights and stop all this spending hes started and let the free market correct itself as it always has!
