These people running insurance companies are not doctors and do not have any medical background they are usually business majors. This is like letting a accountant work on your car. People are going to die and who will be held responsible?? No one because cancer is not guaranteed to be cured and your death will be passed off due to the disease. It is all about money and you can bet someone is getting a nice big fat kickback. What does Obama's plan say about this???

At least you can file a lawsuit to force the insurance company to pay for the medication. You can't sue the Government. So that business major who used to work for the private insurer will now work for the government and make the same decision not to cover the medication. Only this time s/he will have the force of law behind him/her.
