lipocalins are a family of proteins which transport small hydrophobic molecules such as testosterone estradiol and many other steroids bilins and retinoic acid molecules,
These proteins are found in gram positive pylori and most gram negative bacteria, cells,. Lipocalins have been associated with many biological processes, among them especially the immune response, and especially all biological prostaglandins, with special ref’ to prostaglandin 2 synthesis, ref’ cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) ERK1/2 plays a key role in the up-regulation of COX-2 by ATRA. RAR- RXR binding, especially apparent in all cancer cell interactions! Note; testosterone when interleukin 2 is present, allows correct cell biosis regulation! If testosterone is corrupted then corrupted STAT signals cause incorrect call transcription, thus forming cancer producing oncogenes! Fact!

Stage 0 (carcinoma in situ) is very early cancer. In Stage I, cancer involves the primary site. In Stage II, it has spread to nearby areas. In Stage III, cancer has spread throughout the nearby area. In Stage IV, it has spread to other parts of the body.

For most cancers, the grade is a measure of how abnormal the cancer cells look under the microscope. The grade is usually assigned a number from I to IV. The lower the number, the more the cancer cells look like cells from normal tissue'
