One of the problems with risk assessment is that the real risk is just being female. Breast cancer pops up in all sorts of people for reasons they will never know.

Women need to have this called "best guess," which is all it is, something that is constantly changing because of the explosion of research coming out -- instead of "risk assessment." The terminology encourages us to think the experts know more than they do. There are far many more questions left to be asked than have been answered.
