Women are being herded like cattle into expensive and debilitating treatments. I really doubt the legitmacy of many of these treatments.I wonder if it is just "greed" and seeing womens health issues as a marketing in fear tactics to make them go thru horrendous treatments so that the "cancer industry can make more money"? The insurance companies do not allow women to have alternate choices in their treatments. I wonder if women are treated differently than men.If a man was constantly being bombarded about "prostate" caner and the removal of their balls would the medical people come up with a less drastic cure? We know that when it comes to heart disease men are treated better and women are dismissed with its all in their heads. If there was not so much money to be made off the sufferings of people I would have more confidence in modern medicine but i see that alot of times the treatments are worse than the diseases and doctors and hospitals get off with a slap on the wrist when a patient dies. I think i would rather go to a shaman in Peru than a modern doctor here. I have seen how these medical modalities totally destroy people and financially ruin families coping with illness. i do not believe that we are an ethical nor caring society at all. The prime motivator in the health industry is money and greed. We are suppose to be a nation of caring and ethics but where money is involved all humanity goes oput the window. Just ask the families being hounded by medical bill collection agencies. I recommend that people vote for healthcare reform in this country. We are number 31 on the bottom in the industralized world next to russia. We are the most powerful nation on earth and we treat opur own people like dirt when it comes to health care.
