I am a shareholder in a new Urgent care Facility, and we are looking o aproach some companies for occupational medicine/workers compensation contracts. Services provided would include DOT physicals, BAT, Drug screening, as well as treatment of work related injuries. We have no experience in how these contracts are negotiated, if we do bundle pricing or a la cate, and what ballpark we are looking for pricewise. Any guidance would help!
