Just inside the anterior wall of my vagina is a fleshy lump the size of a cherry, you can kind of stick your fingers slightly behind it as it has a U shaped groove behind it as if part of it is not attached to the wall.

Is this normal? When I last had a smear they said everything looked normal but I didn't point the lump out.

It's not my cervix, I can feel that higher up. It also causes some pain when trying to have sex and it can be difficult to get his penis into me because of it (he does have a very wide penis though). Once I'm fully aroused and I've had sex the 'lump' kinds of flattens out quite a bit.

Well, it sounds like to me its a water cyst, they can devilope in your vagina wall. or it could be cervixitis ( inflammation of the cervix do to overgrowth of bacteria, std, or to much sex). but you should really go to the doctor cause it could be something more serious.

No, it's not my g-spot, I know where that is and it's not a lump, it's a ridged area just behind this lump, the lump is on the pubic bone u can feel inside, then immediately behind that is the g-spot.

It's not an STD, I've had one partner in the last 10yrs and he was a virgin when we met, we don't have too much sex as we're both chronically ill and it's only a few times a year! Pretty sure it's not my cervix, I can feel it higher up.

I was recently doing a check on the inside of my vagina. Just feeling around to see if there was anything out of the ordinary and really deep in my vagina straight back I found a lump on what I think is my cervix(it is a cone type thing) and it is about the size of a pea. It is hard and it hurts whenever I push on it. what could that possibly be?

i have a large fleashy lump that i cant really get my finger past, and lately i have had blood spotting. Im quite concerned as i have also just discovered i may be at risk or have genital warts with my partner. Im going to get cheaked out at the start of next week, but im terrified. When i touch the lump it gives me a cramp like feeling in my abdomen and also during sex. Last week i bleed during sex too!? is there something seriously wrong?

i have a lump at the entrance of my vagina - top part; size of a very small cherry. its not my cervix, that far back!. the lump i am mentioning doesn't hurt nor has caused any problems, ie health wise.. but its there. i went for my first smear test and she also stuck a tube in me to get to my cervix ( ive never done this before b'cos i haven;t had sex yet, even tho the chances of cancer etc etc are low for the un-experienced, it could still happen ) anyways, as she basically stuck this tube in me, i felt pain, discomfort; maybe cos i am small down there?!, but i felt the pressure against this lump. now i am worried when i have my first sexual contact, will this lump thing cause a problem for my man.. problem as in for him to enter?! is it something i should be concerned about ie.. health wise?!

By the sound of it, you may have found what's known as the urethral sponge...also known as the G-spot. it's a small bean shaped lump just inside the vagina on the top side. Also the Skene's glands are located close by...and said to be the glands that create a female ejaculation....

Yes you could still have it cuz it takes time for outbreaks to occur. Also, just cuz theres no warts doesnt mean you cant get it. Condom everytime!!!!!!! and if he doesnt understand that you trying to protect yourself and any other person you might have sex with(relationships dont always last) then you need to dump him. Any man that has that stuff dont need to spread it. He had to have a clue or he wouldnt of gotten tested to begin with. Sex is soemthin htat is sacred and should tread lightly. You are worth more then a roll in the hay. Respect yourself honey and dont throw your body away.

Its safe to stick your finger in there, but i dont suggest it cuz of bacteria on your hands. If you do, wash hands thoroughly. Your vagina cleans itself of toxins. ITs good to know what your body is normally so you know when something is not right. Know your cycle too. Girls wear tampons which is bout the size of a finger. As far as sex, please wait til your older and wiser and more stable. Best decision you will ever make is to save yourself for the love of your life. Then you wont have to worry bout regrets, pregnancy, or diseases.
