I try to stay away from chemical and synthetic medicines and try to only use natural herbal remedies for my symptoms. Here are a two good websites for home remedies for hot flashes, mood swings, etc.

In my opinion, herbal remedies,if they really work at all,do so very slowly and large doses are required. It is very interesting to note that the ratio of Testosterone/Estrogen in Women is 60/40;nearly BALANCED.The ratio in Men is 90/5.Men are in fact,Testosterone 'overloaded.'Stephenie
