I recently read from a woman that when she went to see her gynecologist, he examined her without using gloves. He apparently told her that he had run out, so he just examined her vagina without using gloves. Is this legal? I thought these medical perverts were required to always wear gloves.

The PIG ran out huh..... What a convenient excuse.
I don't know if no glove is legal or not, but it's immoral.

This reminds me of a movie that when I previewed it (I use to work for a hotel video entertainment company here in the U.S.), it must have raised my blood pressure AT LEAST 10 points. The movie is "The Hand That Rocks the Cradle" Guaranteed to anger any person of decency.

At the very least, malpractice ! She should contact a GOOD malpractice attorney, who could also advise her of any criminal elements involved hear. I'm guessing there would also be a criminal element. She should sue him, make him pay through his nose. An obgyn's office running out of gloves ? Yea right. That would be like McDonalds running out of hamburgers. Just another pig male gyno !

Really? Is it medical practice to do something with gloves and malpractice to do the same thing without gloves? Why? If it's "perverse" to do it without gloves, does the addition of loves suddenly make it moral, ethical, and professional? What if such a glove tears during the examination? Is that malpractice?

That would be like if sex with a condom is consensual, it is rape if the condom breaks. Switzerland has such laws... the US does not. It would seem to be a similar notion.

He sees, feels, touches, and smells all of the same things either way. If it's malpractice without gloves, it's malpractice with them. If it's wrong to do without gloves, it's wrong to do with them.

it is perverted either way, tough more so w/0 gloves, you can feel more. Just like you can feel more w/o Condom. Touch is a very important sense.

About 4 or 5 years ago there was a poster with your name followed by several numbers (as I recall) on the 'Newsvine' website under the thread 'Is it Immoral for a Woman to see A Male Gynecologist'
The woman that started that thread was named Bonos_Rama, or something similar with her gang of cohorts who were all in favor of having a male PIG take care of their personal business. One of the other names that I remember was 'Stephanie' and going blank on the others. There were about 8 of them that would, basically, ambush anyone that answered the posed question in such a way that would be considered positive i.e. yes it's immoral.

I'm just wondering if you were that Beth? I LOVED your reply there! You made 100% sense to me then, and I agree with you here also. It is perverse with or without gloves, but in this case I think the question that also needs to be answered (or at least asked) is did this PIG honestly run out of gloves. We'll never know, but I'm putting the ranch on "no, he didn't".

Wow what the hell. So if the gloves run out, and you had your appointment set for months, and you are so busy that its a hassle to reschedule, you are just going to walk out because there are no gloves? If he asks you for permission and washes his hands, would you still sue him? Stop with the "pig" thing and have some respect and consideration for people who spent YEARS in medical school/residency so that they can take care of us.

Priscilla, if there was nothing wrong with it then doctors would stop using gloves altogether. I don't know what deluded world you live in, but a male doctor fingering a woman (another man's wife) without gloves on is sickening. It's scary that we still have brain washed buffoons like you in the world. I fear for our future children.

You said-have some respect and consideration for people who spent YEARS in medical school/residency so that they can take care of us.

Don't they get high pay for doing the job, isn't the dark side side of gynecology men that choose to enter female sex organ for a job. My preferred word..perverts..able to brainwash women into a belief/lie.

Not sure why some women do not get it, or want to!

That's class. You've got to hand it to blokes who become Gynecologists, they're paid to essentially finger bang chicks all day! Dr, keep living the dream for all men sir. We salute you.

What type of man gets a full time job playing with female genitals....

A Rockford-area doctor whose license is temporarily suspended by the state for allegations of inappropriate sexual conduct with elderly patients is being held on a $250,000 bond after being accused of fondling a patient in Des Plaines over the course of 3 years, authorities said.

Charles S. Dehaan, 59, was arrested Friday morning at his home in Belvidere on charges of aggravated criminal sexual assault and aggravated criminal sexual abuse, according to Des Plaines Police Department Cmdr. Randy Akin. He was given the $250,000 bond in bond court Sunday.
