oops, I used the wrong term. I meant I've used both types of masseuse. Those who will and those who won't.

my take is she likes it as much as you do, personally i would take over when she left off with her in the room and and see what happened, when she left you with the pillows she knew what you were going to do , she is signaling you, some women are actually visual and my guess is she is one of them...unload it..that is what i do and my expierence is if they are willing to touch it they are willing to watch it..

If you want a happy ending, go to someone who does happy endings. As far as the possibility of losing her as a massage therapist, that should not be much of an issue. I have had a lot of massages, and at least five to ten therapists I have had did excellent massage. I am sure you would have no trouble replacing her if you want a regular massage therapist; unless, however, you live in a remote area where few therapists are available.

For the ignorant --- Karsai massage (genital massage)is a legitimate massage and it's not designed for sexual pleasure although the recipient is likely to get aroused. Whilst the massage is designed to improve a person's sex life it is done to help a person gain sexual control and retain their sexual energy; i.e. part of Taoism. There is lots of confusion and mis-information on this subject in the same way that traditional Tai massages often get bundled with sexual massages by those who are in the sex industry. I'm not surprised that most Western practitioners will scorn the idea as being nothing more than sex; that is misinformation and ignorance, and a cultural difference. If you think about Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) it involves the whole body. From that perspective Karsai massage is perfectly sensible. Think about the chakara system .... again Karsai massage fits in again. Most of the objections to genital massage in these posts seem to be legitimate objections. However, Karsai massage is okay it just depends on who is doing it, and why.

Come on therapists, don't be such a buzz killers. What's a little release going to hurt anyone. Geez. I would have an "accident" pretty much every time.

What the "massage Parlor" woman is doing is ILLEGAL, and sometimes sting operations!!!
Female MT wrote:
First of all, for all the massage therapy customers, there is no such thing as a "non-sexual penis massage". She is completely tainting the professional side of massage therapy and overstepping boundaries, as it were. I have been a masage therapist since 2001, and I also have a degree in Massage Therapy. NEVER in any formal training for Massage Therapy will you ever learn how to do a "non-sexual penis massage", it doesn't exist. So to the gentleman who was duped into thinking this is normal, it's not. It doesn't matter if they are "Board certified" (which is known as Nationally Certified, not Board certified BTW) Nationally certified just means she took the National Exam to become a certified MT for the country. She can practice anywhere in the US. It doesn't mean she won't be tempted to make a little extra money hiding behind the educational credentials of massage therapy. The fact that she's in her 40's or 50's just means she has age experience under her belt. She probably read a book about erotic massage, which has nothing to do with the requirements for receiving your massage certification.
So to clarify,...nowhere in any legitimate massage school or massage education are any massage therapists trained to do "non-sexual penis massage". Think about it for a moment, I know I have had male therapists (non-gay), in my classes. So if you assume that a "non-sexual penis massage" is normal training in a massage school, the school would be training the male students as well, RIGHT??? Ask a male therapist if that's what they learned in their massage training.

I have no doubt that this lady will give you a release, but she wants YOU to ask for it. She wants to do it, but she doesn't want to initiate it for legal reasons. Just try moaning when she massages your penis and tell her how good it feels and ask her if she can do more of it.

Yet a lot of hypocritical MT pretend it does not happen as they BASH Tantric Massage. Tantric massage among other worthwhile purposes, assist in lengthening AND controlling ejaculation for both male and female.

Many therapeutic MTs sit on their high (Findus) separating themselves from spiritual therapists who consider EVERY part of the body (including the naughty bits) for complete blissful relaxation. It really depends how you deem your body in it's entirety. Is your intimate part also a part of you or do you deem it a tool for sex and babies only?

Neo-tantric massage provides release of both stress and pent up sexual energy, freeing the mind and body. It includes Deep Tissue. Swedish and Californian massage that takes care of any tightness.

I feel very comfortable, not worried about an erection given the relaxing openness of this massage. All massage body work is intimate and men can get erections from a mere thought thus it should be no surprise this happens.

I find therapeutic massages very confusing... you will massage my butt cheeks, chest, inside my legs etc (some find this very exciting) yet pretend this is not as intimate as a tantric massage. The only difference is the clinical environment.

The aim of Tantric massages is not ejaculation though this happens. Often I do not ejaculate but rather have full body orgasms which clears my mind given my stressful job. I've been having them for over 3 years and would not go to a therapeutic massage therapist unless I was recovering from an injury.

Female MT is absolutely correct, there is no such thing as a non-sexual penis massage in America. I suppose an argument could be made for traditional tantric massage, specifically lingam massage as a nonsexual type of penis massage...

I feel i need to speak up in defence of LMT. The anger with "favors" and the people that purport this type of "massage" comes from being viewed (at least this is my opinion) as nothing more than an object for sexual gratification. It is terribly demeaning to have someone give no thought to any skill or knowledge that i have, to disregard all the hours of time i spent honing my skills only to be thought of as nothing more than a pair of hands to jerk you off with.

That being said, i also dont particularly care one way or the other what anyone else is doing during their massage. If this lady is providing a service that u are happy with then who am i to say you two shouldnt be doing it.

I think prostitution should be legalized. Then i can do my certified, trained, and skilled massage. And if anyone wants to do anything else they can advertise for that without there being any confusion or miscommunication. If prostitution was legalized then the people who want theraputic healing massage can easily find the people who provide that service, and the people who want nothing more than a sexual experience can find what they are looking for as well as everything in between.

LMT has a legitimate reason to be angry, it sucks when someone thinks that something u care about, and have spent so many hours of time practicing amounts to as much as a handjob.

Don't want to come off negative, however you have taken such a ridiculous stand that it would be almost impossible to correct you without sounding negative. I think the problem is you are just not informed and are not aware of current medical massage practices.

There are massage groups who take medical referrals from Physicians (Urologists) to help male clients increase pelvic floor blood circulation and decrease pelvic floor vascular congestion. The method requires groin work and massage throughout the pelvic floor.

The techniques also include some work on and around the base of the penis and in particular, the lower male structure in the perineum. Part of the procedure includes forcing blood flow up into the penile shaft using the heel of the palm. The movement is directed upward to about halfway up the shaft of the penis. This is repeated 3 or 4 times to ensure blood congestion of the shaft.

No 'handjob' is involved whatsoever, no seminal release of any kind occurs and no immediate pleasure is received by the client. He is the beneficiary though of a firmer fuller erection in most cases for 96 to 120 hours after the procedure.

Medical papers do exist on this and it is supported by a prominent medical school at a prestigious university. Just because you and vocal others here do not know about it does nto mean it does not exist.

"There Are More Things in Heaven and Earth, Horatio. Than are dreamt of in your philosophy". Shakespear

I am confident some of you will flame me, so go ahead and show your ignorance even further here.

Most LMT's will not undertake the procedures on a male client because its basically getting their hands into something they have not been trained to do. And in fact, most have been indoctrinated not to do ianything in that area. Additionally, there is also a fear of a license complaint and board disciplinary action.

However, a specified Physician referral will cover one who will do it and incidently, the services can be billed to insurance that way.

Start with your Urologist. If they have no one to refer to, talk to a Physical Therapy office about Inentsive Manual Therapy and a Chiropractor Office that offer massage therapy services. Inquire of both if they have someone on staff, on call or on contract who would be willing to discuss the matter with you. Schedule a consult and take it from there.

One word of caution... do not expect the therapist to do all the work or to expand the service. Trust is a key component and if you break the trust bond, all will be for naught. Be a gentleman, and move your junk with your hand as needed so the therapist can work the groin and Perineal areas.

I am not associated with them but on the web, read-up on the Clear Passage .com - they offer mens health services as well as womens health services. Call them to discuss your chief complaint and fill out a medical history packet for them to review. It ain't cheap and its in FL, but they may either be able to help or refer you to someone who may.

Oh and btw, please do not use your daring moniker here elsewhere in communication or they will run for the hills!

Good luck.

My massage therapist has started doing a hot oil massage which is done undraped. She is very professional and caring. When she started this, she explained that the massage was a non-sexual massage. She does a full bodu massage but includes the pelvic region as well as the penis. She massages the penis like any other part of the body. She never wpaps her hand around the penis, but uses her fingers, and only for a short period of time, so as to keep it from getting sexual. Sometimes I am so relaxed that I don't get an erection, and sometimes I get a full blown erection. She has never commented on it and has NEVER gone past the point where it became sexual. Although I would like a "release" I have never brought it up or tried anything in front of her, since she told me early on that this was a non-sexual massage. My question is. Is she waiting for a response from me or truly doing just a penis massage. Any thoughts? And NO, this is not a dear Penthouse letter.
This gal is doing something unethical and illegal to the "Professional" Massage population. Although I realise that you MEN think this sort of thing is GREAT, it's not what WE as massage therapists are supposed to do, and yes, Im a LMT. It's a good thing you didnt mention her name because I would have to report her to the board of her state and she WOULD lose her license. People like her give the rest of us professionals a bad name. Shame on her, enjoy it while it lasts, because she will be caught someday. She KNOWS what she is doing is wrong and goes against every principle we learn in the theraputic world of massage.

Trust me, I have had enough massages to know that this is unethical. That is why I have not, nor will I ever mention her name on here. Even if she didn't provide the "penis massage", I would still go to her, she is that good. Also probably the reason I haven'e asked for more.

Even though you and her have been slammed here for your honest confession, your experience is not that rare based on reports from other therapists I talk with and associate with through their regular practice.

Although technically what she is doing is well beyond the boundaries and scope of professional massage therapy, and of the state practice acts, if the truth were known, I have my suspicions that it occurs more often in one form or another that we all care to admit. But while some of us do take medically based referrals which stretch the boundaries of what we are legally allowed to do, that does not give cover to what you describe in any circumstance to my knowledge.

I will not be one to judge others, period, or to act as a massage nazi here. But, my own limits are based upon my personal belief system and my comfort level, along with serious consideration of what the law requires. Some venture very close to what is prohibited and others steer way clear. Some do more than they should while doing so under the guise of inducing patient health.

In closing, what she apperas to be offering you is a form of Lingam massage, which seems to have some efficacy in professional or clinical sexual therapy practice but usually is carefully controlled by a licensed sex therapist. While I cannot speak to her motivation, most probably you are the beneficiary of her close rapport with you. Just keep in mind that what she is doing with you she is most likely also doing with others, and that could position you for an unfortunate engagement with law enforcement.

She has told me that she does this massage with all her other clients. She also told me that she does a breast massage for the ladies. She is not some young dumb bimbo trying to tease people to get tips. As I have stated befroe she is a careing passionate person who gives a truley great massage. She also happens to be an older lady, probaby just more liberal than other therapists.

how many male massagers would give another male client a hand job on his penis?
