Health supplements can help a lot in achieving our health related goals provided we do adequate exercise and eat a balanced diet. Thanks for taking the time to explain the pro and cons of taking health supplements.

Good article. Very informative. I agree that we shouldn't rely on supplements alone, but that a healthy diet plays an important role. I drink lots of green smoothies to help get more veggies in.
