They hit the nail on the head with this one. Fewer are going into geriatric medicine because programs like medicare pays less. Also, the shortage is going to get worse for care workers because they are paid crappy wages, take all the physical risks, and are rarely offered health insurance when they are the ones that are at most risk to get diseases and ill. It's pretty pathetic when they can't even get healthcare when they are taking such health risks in healthcare.

Don't show this to Alexandra on the other board about drug costs. She thinks that it's always a person's own fault if they get sick and need medical care because we don't eat right. She probably thinks old age is caused by food additives.
