Strong must pay for these "news" stories to be published, like Wegmans does.
Notice they listed all 11 specialties of Strong, but didn't list all 9 of Rochester General's specialties.
I've spent a few days in Strong and General, and I can tell you they are much different.
I almost died at Strong, them stupid idiots could have killed me and couldn't have cared less.
They are only insterested in getting paid, paid by the patients, as well as getting paid for training all the students there learning.
I will never go there ever again, now matter what.

Rochester General is the best place to goto. RGH is 10000 times better in every way. They actually care and show compassion. They put me back together and saved my life, and they will always be number one in my books.

A few things F'd up about Strong that even they can't deny:

1) At Strong, in your hospital room, your TV and Phone doesn't work till you pay them first. If your alone, forget your cell phone and wallet and your dying, ohh well.

At RGH, when you get to your room, your TV and phone is on and working and will be included on your total bill.

2) At Strong, lying on what you think may be your death bed in terrible pain, if you want to eat, before each meal, you need to sit up, look at a menu, call-in your order on the phone. Then when it comes no-matter what you ordered, every single thing taste the same, like the rubber in a stink sneaker, it's as if it was all steam cooked together on the same plate, and it doesn't taste like food.

At RGH, shortly after you arrive, someone from the food service will visit you, they talk to like a caring human, they ask you what type of food you like and if theres any food you don't like or shouldn't eat, so they can adjust their meals for you. They explain that they will send food up on a set menu for set days. So there is no need to be bothered with just trying to get something to eat. And the food was suprising good. If one of these meals were going to be your "last meal", it wouldn't be bad at all.
