This is really great news for us guys for two reasons - we get to eat more chocolate and we live longer so that we can eat even more chocolate. Sounds like a win-win situation here.

Found a really great resource on this topic at www.chocolate-recipes-galore.com/best-dark-ch...

It appears that dark chocolate is good in so many ways. This is well worth a read for men and women alike.

I couldn’t agree more - A daily dose of chocolate does improve my attitude and consequently my life. Of course the health benefit research is on real chocolate, not candy, but a daily chocolate candy certainly makes me sweeter. I’ve come across this great‘healthy’ gift, a dark chocolate candy bouquet. You can find it at crazybouquet.com/candy-bouquet-flavor/chocola...
It looks great, reminds the recipient of me, and how I feel about them, while possibly improving their health and longevity, win/win.
