Maybe people should also be aware on how to make their bone stronger.

A lot of accidents can happen all year round and the truth is an osteoporosis fracture can happen to anyone when they least expect it. Normally for many people who take osteoporosis medication they have less to worry about because they've prepared for any complications from this bone-softening disease. However, there have been reports that taking osteoporosis meds long-term, as with the case of bisphosphonates, can result in fragility fractures of the same type that people were looking to avoid from osteoporosis.
