my opinion is that tanning beds are good for you. get one. and think about adding some cayenne pepper to your diet. put 1/2 tsp in a shot of orange juice if you don't like it in your food. it is a miracle worker.

not all are jolly as we are taxed to death. 40% of my income goes to taxes. another 40% to my house/utilities and 10% for auto and car leaving 10% for other stuff like food and clothes and well lets just say its not much stuff. Thank you johnstown and ohio. Wish i never moved here.
