Dr. Arlene Brown celebrates 30 years, receives state Family Doctor of the Year award
A lot has changed in the 30 years since Ruidoso family physician Dr. Arlene Brown began practicing medicine and although she doesn't make house calls or deliver babies anymore, Brown, who will celebrate her 30th year in practice in Ruidoso on Aug. 14 said she's open for business and doesn't plan on leaving anytime soon.

She is a drug pusher. She had me on five different drugs and I was still sick. I chose to go to a different Doctor he told me "no wonder your sick your on five different drugs." He took me off all of them and within the month I was feeling better and sleeping better. I wouldn't recommend her to treat anybody. Drugs are her answer for everything.

She was my Dr. until she quit taking Medicare.
