exellent. the fallacy perpetrated by the insurance companies that it is cheaper and more efficient to place a middleman(insurance company) between the dr and the patient, has caused much of the medical expense problems inour country and has accomplished the fattening of the wallets of the insurance company executives, to the detriment of both the dr and the patient
