Ugly disease. Scary that it will triple in the next 40-years and many in the 20 to 40-year old age groups today and who make smart arse comments about this, will find themselves wishing, just before the light goes out, they had kept their mouths shut. The longer we live, the more of this kind of stuff we can expect to see.
