TSH levels and symptoms of hypothyroidism

I had a right partial thyroidectomy 4 years ago. I have been lucky to be med free since then. Although, i do have levels checked once a year. Last summer my TSH was 1.8 and T4 was 1.1. Over the past 4 months I have put on 7 lbs, lost hair, become extremely tired, increased cholesterol levels etc....I had my levels rechecked and my TSH was 3.49 and mt T4 was .92. Is this treatable?
