The patient has had two thyca surgeries: the first was TT and node dissection, the second (six months later) was for a distant metastasis. The patient was unable to have RAI after the first surgery because of pregnancy. The breast cancer was discovered a few weeks after the second thyca surgery.

What is the minimum amount of time that the patient must wait between RAI and surgery to remove the breast cancer?
