Low weight, Low BMI, High fasting blood sugar

Female, age 24. I've been wondering if I had a thyroid issue. My BMI is 17. I'm 5'10 and weigh 122 pounds. Besides low weight, I don't have any serious symptoms. Just wondering if there's something slightly off.
Recently, a doctor told me to take my blood sugar. I've been taking it in the mornings before I eat anything, and it is consistently above 100, which is more in keeping with overweight middle-aged pre-diabetics.??
Other things that may or may not be related: cold hands and feet, very heavy menstrual periods.
I've gotten blood tests recently and nothing showed up. Advice?
