Precocious puberty, hypothyroidism and parental smoking: linked?

aloha all,
I realize this is a series of questions, but I was wondering if there is any data out there suggesting links between precocious puberty, hypothyroidism, genital development and mother smoking during pregnancy?
I entered puberty early (8 or 9), was shaving by age 12, had a hairy chest by age 12, and a hairy back by 15. And yet, despite this deluge of testosterone early on, I"m hung like a gnat. In addition, by my late teens I began having weight problems and asthma, and by mid 20s was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. I was diagnosed with low testosterone a few years later.
I have 5 friends who have seemingly followed the same pattern of development. All of our mothers smoked during pregnancy. It should be noted that most of us come from anglo-scot stock.
So here are the questions:
1. Are there links between hypothyroidism, precocious puberty, asthma and low testosterone and smoking by the mother during pregnancy?
2. Why would precocious puberty (i.e,. high T) early on drop off the scale several years later?
3. Is there a link between precocious puberty and small genitalia? I've noticed that the thin, late bloomers (growth spurt 17-20) seem blessed in that dept.
4. Is there a link between precocious puberty and body hair? Again, I've noticed that the early bloomers such as me & myself are hairy, while the late bloomers have very little.
thanks
