He told me to take Sustanon 250 injection once in 10 days and a hair growing lotion to apply 2 ml/day and to continue this treatment for 1 year. will this help me yo increase beard growth.

I was also suggested to take the same (Sustanon 250 inj every 10 days and Minoxy 5% 1ml twice a day for one year). Can anyone please tell whether this will give positive results or not? And also, will there be any serious side effects of using these?

You must be kidding. You will likely to develop liver problem if this persists. Once in a month is OK but once in 10 days is a total hazard to your health.

sustanon 250 is a stupid injection..i took it for 6 months with no results..do not risk your body and blood stream especially in the future by taking drugs..sustanon produces very less results and even those are unlikely to happen..tak my advise..

Im taking it once a week but not for hair growth, but yes it does give you more facial hair.

sustanon 250 :) i use 2 times a weak and i do many training. in 3 months i get 30kg :D that is nice. and there is no problems with it ;)
