[I have the same thing. My friend and my mother also have it. We talk about it all the time. A girl at work has this skin invading parasite in her hair and combs her hair over every one. Many people in my company got it. Heres what we found out. It is Myiasis. It is a small white fly. Barely visible that lays eggs in your skin. The sun burned like patches are eggs. If you use Nair and or soak with H2o2 they will swarm you. They hate Queen Helen lotion. If you put a little lotion on a white kleenex and wait until something is crawling on you, then wipe you can see it. The grube stage can actually migrate and damage your lymp system. The favorite spots are the lymp nodes in your scalp and back.
Take
Alpha Lipoic Acid
NAC
Wormwood
To kill them in your body. Insect bomb your house and car. Spread a box of Borax over your carpets then vacume to kill any eggs that have fallen on carpet. Now bathe with a weak solution of beach in your bath. Use Irish Spring soap for a few weaks. They are hard to get rid of but you can.

Calm down first of all. When was the last time you threw out your bedding? Old bedding and pillows can become infested with miscroscopic mites. You may have an infestation.
Throw out the bedding, vaccuum your bed or replace it if you can afford to. Get new pillows. Wash your clothes in as high a tepmerature as the fabric will allow and shower in a shamppo made for head lice. This should eradicate the mites. Most of all, stop being paranoid that people are itching around you. People itch all the time, it's just that you are more aware of it.
I am told I am halucinating by my doctor. my wife cannot see it eather would love to talk to some one who could help [email protected]

I'm in Conyers, GA. I'm telling you, i have the same crawling sensation. I suspected thrips were comeing into my house, so i cut down several bushes. No change yet. I shower twice a day, wash my sheets daily. I have not found fibers coming from me, however thousands on my clothes and bedding.
I'm having a hard time with the "morgellons" diagnosis that only people on line seem to give. I have no sores. Briefly, i've tried elimite and many other treatements, so far no luck. Insecticides seemed to make it worse.
If it's not morgellons, has anyone founda bug or anything and had it looked out under a microscope. As I search the web, i only find more questions, not more answers.
For the smart asses, it's not fleas, lice, or cat urine. Ok, so nobody said cat urine yet. Yet.

Which Queen Helene lotion did you use? There are a few different kinds.

I find that my sensations are at their worse when I'm in front of my computer? Two different rooms with carpet? My house is 75% hardwood floors and only rooms with carpet seem to be problem. Also, I get the sensations in my car.(If I vacuum it decreased the sentations for about a day.)
I play a lot of golf but never have the issues on the golf course but when I go out in my back yard the hair on my legs will itch? This has been going on for 1 1/2 yrs.
Now hears something I haven't heard from anyone. At the same time as the itching started My teeth felt like were flaking away. The enamel has slowly come off my teeth I was spitting these little white specs out of my mouth which I wasn't sure what it was but my dentist told me that I had lost all the enamel on the inside of most of my teeth. Is there any correlation to the two? This whole thing is crazy? I have quit talking to people about it because they look at you like your some hypocondriact.
People please keep coming forward!

Are any of you that are experiencing this "bug" involved with the military or have you been in contact with someone who was in the military for a period of time?

the reason is that, last summer my father, living 500 km far from here, came to help me move my house. he spent only half an hour in that house and left the next day telling me he hadnt seen anything wrong with me(as i was complaining about the infestation) but as his bus trip was starting i noticed the one sitting next to him started itching and touching his cheek and nose constatnly.(that is what i have been experiencing since the beginning of this. people sitting next to me in the subway complained about something invisible biting them.)i asked dad after the journey if there was something wrong and he admitted the one on the next seat was continuosly itching and looking at his body parts to see what was bothering him.with close contact of naked body parts, people and me feel the discomfort at the same time.
i used 5% permethrim thinking it could be some kind of mite and it reduced my and the other unaware sufferers' discomfort. the winter time i experienced the same things but minimally so i ignored it. but now, with the increasing temperature, the discomfort is getting distinct. i asked my father (he'sin another part of the country) if he was experiencing the same things and he said "yes"
i was told this is delusional but the discomfort in people around me tells the opposite. one interpretaiton was that transfer of electrons from me to others, which obviously defines why me and the other one feels the discomfort at the same time is logical. but still i cant find any explanation why my dad had no problem when leaving this city, but become aware of it just after his bus trip. as a 4th year med student, i am trying to find a logical explanation to solve it. if only you could see the pediatric patient itching her thigh, her ear with both hands and start crying when i got closer and felt those movements on my skin.
in addition to itching and movements on my skin, i had folliculitis-like rash around my body hair. actually, some were vesicles and after using permethrin, they slowly reccessed, but didn't disappear completely. i even monitored myself with the magnifying glass but coulnt see anything.
i would deeply appreciate any comments or suggestions.

Beleive me it is not psychological. I am having it as i am typing on my laptop. I am having it at work at the public transportation anywhere anytime and it really can drive you nuts. They are invisible to the naked eye. I havent seen one to tell you the truth but i can definetly feel it crawling on my body. I am a 100% sure that i am sane. But i think this sleepless nights and itching front of the public especially on your private areas can make you look mental... I dont know what to do actually. I moved in to this house for almost 6 months at first it was the bedbugs so i hired rentokill bug terminators but it seems like it just makes the insect hide and come back more furios and hungry than before.

I contracted itchy skin parasites in the mid 90's that drove me crazy. I had to bathe in near scalding water three times per day to control them. Nothing that a dozen doctors prescribed helped for more than a few days. Fortunately I discovered a diet through the process of elimination along with medications to render them harmless and get my life back.
Household disinfection protocols, bathing protocols, the diet (three stages) along with the medical approaches and how to deal with disease such as Lyme and Protozoan infection that often accompany the parasites are in a book I wrote at http://www.SkinParasitesEbook.com Life can be normal again as dozens and dozens of other sufferers learned to do with the diet. Seems that certain foods such as fruits, many grains, some vegetables, vegetable oils... feed the parasites and certain grains, proteins, vegetables starve them.

Just want to give an idea, it's not that I don't believe you all.

I'm just reading about this for the first time and I'm shocked.

But I notice that almost everyone of you is mentioning SUICIDE, why suicide? Because you can't take the 'bites'?. People with cancer and other sicknesses don't think of suicide. So i'm just saying that this just might have something to do with your emotional state.
Why don't you try to pinpoint why this is happening, what is triggering this, whether from nervousness, anxiety or anything/situation that makes you uncomfortable. For example someone said their symptoms are during the day and until 8-9. Now why would the bugs stop at 9 exactly, is it their bed time? See, so start thinking and find your diagnosis

i have suffered with this for about 20 years..i have been to several doctors, and they have all told me im delusional. one stupid doctor even told me jokingly that i had mites in my brain.. like you, when i am in the same room with people, they start itching bad, alot of them raise their forearm and look at it as if they are looking for itching bug..now, its not in my mind, BECAUSE I HAVE HAD PEOPLE AROUND ME ASK ME IF I WAS THE ONE MAKING THEM ITCH,,on DIFFERENT occassions, DIFFERENT PEOPLE. i feel that i am cursed..doctors dont believe me, but people around me do.

me too. for a while, morgellons seemed to be my answer, but i was not too sure, because i dont have fibers or anything else,,just itching, AND MAKE OTHERS ITCH AROUND ME..THIS HAS CHANGED MY LIFE LITEREALLY..BECAUSE OF THIS, I QUIT HIGH SCHOOL, BECAUSE OF THIS, I DID NOT GO TO COLLEGE BECAUSE I KNEW THAT I WOULD HAVE WASTED THE STUDENT LOAN, BECAUSE I WOULD NOT GO TO CLASS BECAUSE I MAKE PEOPLE ITCH..NOW, BEFORE ANYONE SAYS IM CRAZY,,,IM NOT..I ITCH, WHEN I GO INTO A ROOM, I MAKE OTHERS ITCH IN AN ABNORMAL MANNER,,AND, THE ICING ON THE CAKE,,SEVERAL PEOPLE, AT DIFFERENT TIMES, DIFFERENT PLACES, HAVE ASKED ME IF I AM THE ONE THAT MAKE THEM ITCH..SO THAT PROVES THAT PEOPLE ARE AWARE THAT I MAKE THEM ITCH. BUT THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY DOESNT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT..I WANT TO TAKE THIS TO OPRAH, BECAUSE SHE SEEMS TO HAVE COMPASSION ON PEOPLE, AND MAYBE THRU HER, WE CAN LET THE WHOLE WORLD KNOW, SO THAT SOMETHING CAN FINALLY BE DONE TO TRY TO FIND ANSWER TO THIS AILMENT THAT I PRESUME AFFECTS THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE..I NEED HELP IN DOING THIS..PLEASE LET ME KNOW.

This nightmare started for me a few months ago when my wife and i stayed at a weekly rental motel and discovered bed bugs biting us at night. The management got us a new bed and bed bugs were gone but then i started having this feeling that bugs were crawling on me throughout the day and especially at night. Its definitely not my imagination because i have bites all over various areas of my body that look like tiny red dots. Many times i can feel them crawling on me and then i quickly look and there is nothing there! I have never seen them yet. I tried taking many showers and washing clothes and linen and even putting my clothes into the freezer for a few days but nothing helps! Strange thing is that my wife does not have them and she sleeps right next to me every night. I am so exhausted because i have not had a good nights sleep in weeks. Its just impossible to sleep when you feel these things crawling on you all night long and biting. I truly believe this is going to become a massive epidemic very soon since its apparently spreading all over the country. Maybe its related to chemtrails because we have lots of those in the skies here in Las Vegas.

I also am quite certain that bed bugs were the vector with my dealings with this thing being called morgellons. I was staying in a hotel in south san francisco when I was severely attacked by bed bugs. That is when my nightmare with this illness began. Others have also written to me claiming the same thing. Cruise ships, hotels, even rental cars have been noted as places where they were bitten by bed bugs and their following battle with morgellons. This needs to be followed up on, as bed bugs are not previously known to vector illnesses. If they are in fact doing so, then it is also reasonable to conclude that transmission might also be happening with other blood sucking insects with even greater transmission efficiency.

I am feeling very much like the one man who is considering suicide...i am out of answers. I have had this problem for about 3 or 4 yrs now, since we discovered a birds nest in the roof of our home. I have moved twice, and still...have a crawling, itching sensation all over my body. It affects my social life as well as my professional, because i dont want to date anyone, for fear of infecting them, and at work, I constantly see people around me scratching violently..right after coming into contact with me..and no, its not my imagination. i have tried numerous amounts of pesticides, lice shampoos, washing, soaking, etc - not to mention the amount of money - and nothing has worked. i have no life anymore...so what is the point of living?????????? i am 25..and quite frankly, i just dont see any other way out of this..other than to rid myself of my body..

I have had the exact same thing for about 2 months now. I was working at a film festival and attending films when I noticed a crawling sensation and then people around me started scratching. I have since gone back to my real job and now every one there is itching. I feel awful and dirty. I went to the doctor and told him that I was making people itch and he said that they were probably itching because I said I was, but the thing is I haven't told anyone but my closest friends that I'm itching. I feel like making the doctor sit next to me for a half hour and then asking him how he feels. It would serve him right. I just threw out my couches and bed and I've had to start washing my cats because now I've made them start itching. I thought it might be fleas but I haven't seen any and haven't really been bitten. Now I've started to notice a red rash on my legs, after the crawling sensation that burns when I put lotion on it. I'm starting to think it could be scabies but I don't think you can make others itch this way. I, like previous posters, don't even feel like hanging out with anyone for fear of infecting them. Someone earlier said Myiasis, but that is fly larvae usually in the form of maggots or worms in stool and doesn't sound like what I have at all. It's not my imagination, how could I imagine and see everyone around me at work itching and squiming. I work at a call center sitting in close proximity to 6 others and all of them are now itching. Even my manager has been itching. I don't notice others itching, just those that I come into contact with. I have started washing my shoes with my clothing and I believe this may be working. I'll keep you all posted.

I bought new carpet and crawling sensation in my head and then back, now almost everywhere. I have had bug man come in twice, used bombs, washed everything in hot water and hot dryer, threw things away that couldn't be washed. I have used borax, wood cutter spray, moth balls, and used vinagar spray, which someone mentioned, and it helped for awhile, but they are back in full force again, I also soaked in ebson salt water and in baking soda water, used lotions and went to doctor and he advised buy Rid X (which turns out is a head lice medicine), I don't think I have lice and he said buy lotion which never have made, so now at a loss as to what to do.
