I don't have the solution but an inference that since no doctor in the US has any idea what this problem is definitely because they have miserable sex lives.

Same problem here but I'm going to direct you guys to this link:

http://www.menshealth.com/men/health/sexual-h...

It's a men's health artical called Penis in Peril. Similar symptoms, but this guy has a skin biopsy and it turns out to be skin cancer.

Just a thought but I'm going to suggest a biopsy next time. Hope this helps everyone.

A *LOT* of guys who complain about yeast infections actually have penile psoriasis and don't know it. Trauma to a skin area will cause the psoriasis to spread. Being too vigorously masturbated by my wife caused some chafing on my penis and a few weeks later I developed a strange burning sensation with some redness. I have psoriasis over my entire body and recently it has spread to even the palms of my hands so why not the penis. There isn't much you can do about penile psoriasis, putting corti-steroids on it will thin the skin and really cause problems. Vaseline will soothe and decrease the intensity. Other than that you are out of luck.

Guys, I hear your pain. I wish it would be different for me. I have had these symptoms you all described for about 2 years now. I had an amazing bbbj one night and right after that the symptoms started. It was not STD, as I was tested. The dermatologist did a biopsy and everything turned out to be just fine. However, his prognosis, confirmed by 2 other dermatologists, turned out to be dermatological psoriasis. Unfortunately there is no cure so I have been told. 2.5% hydro cortisone ointment does the job for me. It takes a bit the redness and the burning effect. So, it is not too bad. Worst is, that I don't have a g/f. So, being handicapped in manhood puts a huge bummer on my ego driving me nuts. Luckily I am not too depressed but some nights there are tears wasted. I have tried a few things listed in some of these postings here but nothing did a better job than the prescribed ointment.
I keep praying for a cure or a wonder.

im muslim so from birth we're required to be circumcise! and about the scrotum, i got random bruising over tehre as well and the skin ripped, i think i have found a solution.
I ordered this cream
http://www.mensmax.com/
and i've used it only for a week now and i can see like a 5% improvement already.
i also found this site and emailed them my situation
http://www.aim2health.com/products.htm
and they recommended me these 2 productsF ACE & BODY WASH for gentle yet thorough cleansing and a light coat of MY DAUGHTER'S HAND & BODY THERACREAM
im done using products from a store seince they're hopeless .And will not have the natural ingredients u need. Pls make sure u NEVER NEVER EVER use a steroid cream, pls i beg you not to as the damage it can cause may be permanents, and a doctor will happily strongly suggest you one. Im gonna keep posint back results on a monthly basis of my skin condition with these products usage

So it looks like no one has found a permanent cure and doctors just keep subscribing us steroid creams when they don't even know what it really does.

had sex in the car 2 weeks ago, rubbed myself raw on my unbuttoned fly. seems to heal every time (symptomless, no redness or swelling while flaccid) but comes back with burning pain during intercourse.

I develop a tear in the thin skin just under the head of my penis, during sexual contact.
Visited my family Dr and he recommend NU-SKIN..I think he is a complete IDIOT or just trying to subject me to a hell of a lot of pain. After reading 437 messages on this forum, Its easy to see that there has been alot of different suggestions.
I do have enough smarts to know that CORTISONES thin the skin - I hope everyone is fully clear not to use them on thin skin!

Will try the following:
A&D Ointment
Neosporin
Lamsil AT
Bag Balm
Abreva
Releev
Altabax - prescribed by dermatologist for cuts
Campho-Phenique

Will report back and let you know what I have found actually helped the healing!

I have this issue.

I tried a presribed antifungal/steriod cream. I've tried Lamisil jock itch / athletes foot creams. I've tried antifungal spray powders. I've tried A&D ointment. I've tried neosporin. I've tried baby powder. I've tried goldbond. I've tried "Boudreaux's Butt Paste". I've tried tea tree oil mixed with A&D. I've tried STRAIGHT tea tree oil. I've been desperate enough to try Newskin. I've tried pure shae butter. Most recently I've been using pure virgin coconut oil.

...

At this point I'd rub anything anybody told me to try on there. NOTHING has made it go away. Coconut oil has been good at easing symptom, also turns out to be an amazing lube, but sex is still nearly impossible for any satisfying length of time without extreme pain.

I share your pain brothers, too much sex and it gets red and sore. 2 years now and I've still got it. No soloution and doctors are too stupid to look for something new. I would like to know people blood type? I'm A pos and I've read our immune systems don't handle fungal infections very well. I mean there must be something in common here, so let's start with our blood type. Cheers

CAN U guys seriously stop buying over the counter items or getting stuff from your doctor,
seriously buy this cream,
http://www.mensmax.com/
its worth the investment. Type in VALUE for promo code for 4 bucks off. The main things about this cream is that it has aloe vera in it. Research that itself and you'll see the benefits. Plus drink wheatgrass juice, google that and you'll be shocked with the benefits then if you want you can go ahead with this cream to from here
http://www.aim2health.com/products.htm
its called my daughters hand and body theracream
start out with mensmax for about a month and if no good goto the other site and get the theracream, i also got the face and body wash from the second link to clean first, use these 2 times daily and after sex. I promise you that you will see some results compared to the shit stuff doctors give you.
Pls this is not spam i'm for real!!!

Guys, I share this extremely frustrating and debilitating condition. Its a topic now widely discussed in many languages, and the consensus is that it is not herpes, or any known STD. I found that a strong Iodine tincture (water based!)fairly quickly settles and overcomes the skin condition. However, it does not fix the underlying problem, ie the tearing of the skin every time one attempts to have intercourse. The closest answer in medical literature is a description of "Reiters Syndrome", in which that particular part of the penis becomes prone to small mucuous ulcers, which leave the skin perforated. A practical solution may be to protect the penis with lots of cream under a rigid condom, once the cracks or ulcers have healed. But I know we all need a more natural solution.
