Asheville dentist's license suspended after office closes

Madison is a sexual preditor. He uses his position and money to press his agenda on any male employee he finds attractive. Has he ever had a male partner of boyfriend that has not worked for GPI? It is my understanding he has a thing for the boys in the spa. I am suprised he has not had a sexual harasment or hostile work enviroment charges brought against him.

Well, the real serious posters on here will have to make sure that this story stays current by taking the time to comment here daily. Now, how did you find the two properties listed in Florida? They didn't claim Fl as their legal residence due to the fact that their vehicles are registered in NC. I'm just trying to think as they would and wonder if they can make a smooth transition to live in Florida soon.

That little hillbilly grew up with nothing in W. AVL (not saying there's anything wrong with that) but he's not the kind that would be proud of his beginnings. He wants you to think he's a blue blood. Quite frankly, the wife he left for some guy thought she was something special too. CM is the worst thing that ever happened to GPI as far as I see it. KPH's mug was always among the GPI gallery photos of the OH-so-important functions described in ACT.

I would like to respond to the person who said that "we" KPH patients just had money to throw away.
You are so wrong. I have a phobia of dental work, as do a lot of people. I went to Bouche to check out the "new" doc and her staff.
You have to admit, it was a fantastic concept. Make people feel more comfortable while getting dental work. It didn't look like the sterile, cold atmosphere of most offices. You had a heated blanket, pillow, etc... I understand the concept and I don't condemn that. There are now many "medi-spas", too. So why not a dental practice? I truly think it could've been a successful practice.
I took out a loan from Care Credit to get my dental work done. I didn't have $9600 just lying around for me to throw out the window.
I was just a trusting patient, looking to get my dental work done.

And now I'm stuck!

Exactly MomGrandma... I also have a phobia about dentists, and I went to KPH because of my phobia, not because of my fat wallet. The concept was great, and I did feel comfortable and safe the first time I went to their office. However, when I went recently for a routine exam, I didn't feel comfortable when I felt how shaky KPH's hands were when she was looking at my teeth. I also didn't feel comfortable when she asked me what I thought was an inappropriate question about whether having children was expensive. I felt she was feeling me out for what I could afford to have done with my mouth. I decided not to go ahead and take their advice about having my fillings pulled and replaced by porcelains which is a good thing. I'm learning that you should always listen to your gut feelings! The funny thing is I also sought out the services at Bouche from a past bad experience with another dentist. I thought you pay the extra for better care (not necessarily that I could afford it), then I was victimized again by another dentist, KPH!

What is exactly is it that KPH did? All we know is that her office closed, license was suspended, apparently she is getting 'inpatient treatment' of some kind, and that many say they paid or overpaid for services they did not receive. Can someone spell it out for me what KPH is to have alledgedly done that was so callous and unscrupulous, other than what has been reported in the news?????

You don't just "close shop", with no warning or contingency plan, and no thought to the patients who were left high and dry with incomplete work, and tons of money in debt. Any decent, ethical dental professional would have made sure their patients were taken care of in an appropriate manner. The victims I'm talking about, wouldn't have had to find out from a blog how to go about obtaining their dental records and dental work. How would you like it if you were in pain, and you called up KPH's office and couldn't even leave a message, but instead heard a voice recording instructing you to go to an emergency room, or seek help from "another dentist". Fortunately people like diggindeeper were on the case so the victims here could get a clue about what the hell to do.

In my digging I think that this has been planned some time ago. The Hot Dog King went very quickly on the market. The proper timeline to all this is the notice from the Dental Board about the hearing scheduled for August 8, 2208. Lawyers need to dig this up. KPH has always spend money outrageously because she wanted to be the Big Queen(she was big alright). She was involved in many social affairs in town, very close friend with the "famous Hair dresser", name was already mentioned. Strong connection to Grove Park Inn staff. Let the authorities do the math there are apparently plenty trails.

Another dopie! PATIENTS HAD WORK(THERE TEETH FILED OR DRILLED DOWN) STARTED HAD TEMPORARIES FOR MANY WEEKS(WHICH IS NOT THE PROPER TREATMENT) AND SOME DON'T EVEN HAVE THEIR CROWNS IN THE OFFICE. ONE FRIEND HAS TO BUY THEM NOW FROM THE LAB, AFTER PAYING KPH IN FULL. A DENTIST WITH HER HANDS SHAKING WHILE GIVING INJECTIONS WHILE, THEN RAPIDLY GOING BACK TO HER PRIVATE OFFICE AND ONLY COMING BACK WHEN SHE THINKS THAT THE PATIENT IS NUMBED UP. PATIENTS HAVING EARLY MORNING APPOINTMENT AND SHOWING UP AT THE OFFICE ONLY TO BE TOLD BY KPH IN THE OFFICE THAT SHE CAN NOT SET THE CROWNS THAT DAY. IT GOES ON AND ON. READ THE POSTS AND THEN MAYBE YOU CAN UNDERSTAND WHAT SHE DID. SHE HAD TO BE ON DRUGS, EITHER WEIGHT LOSS DRUGS OR OTHER STUFF.
