sacroilliac joint/femur bone adjustment

I had this chiropractor adjust my sacroiliac joint by way of moving the femur. Problem is now I'm knock kneed and am trying to figure out how to reverse the adjustment so that the sacroiliac joint will drop and I'll go back to normal.

Does anyone know if this is possible or perhaps other alternative treatments. Preferably the latter.
