I used to go to a chiropractor and that lasted 3 months, I finally decided to lose 20 pounds and lose my gut. I was fine after that.

If anything ever acts up now I go to accupunture.$50 a session, I've only needed 3 sessions, a year later and older doing great.

If you go to an accupunture place ask for extra chi.
