Is NAOMI X-ray a scam? I have found out that I and many others have ordered the NAOMI X-ray system, paid for it, and have now been waiting months with no returned calls or emails even giving a date of delivery. Have you had this problem? Is there anything that can be done since it's many of us? Thanks.

I prefer going to Gonstead practitioners. They've helped me the most. I am THE chiropractic expert here. There is no disputing that.
Please rread 'chirotalk'. Not since Mein Kampf has there ever been so much propaganda in one place.

I paid for my Naomi in 2/2012 in full, and have the same problem. No follow up, no ship date or estimated DOA. I can talk to the salesman, but he offers no information. Did you ever get your system? Who did you have to contact to get the fire burning? I am obviously frustrated, but cant find anyone to motivate on the Naomi side.

same issue here. Ordered and paid in April 2012, It is now June 7 and no Naomi Xray yet. The leasing company Financial Pacific and Naomi RF systems are of no help.. They take your money and tell you it will be a couple weeks to a month.. We are at 9 weeks now and nothin. Still no shipping date.. Avoid this company

I think that it is now common practice for them at Naomi to promise the moon and then deliver months down the road. Not sure that it is really even a legit company as when you call you don't speak to a receptionist. I too paid cash and am waiting. Once the sale is complete there is no follow up. What have been the outcomes of others? How long does it eventually take and are they happy with the product?

The Naomi system itself might actually be a decent product but I would be very hesitant about getting into an agreement with RF Systems Lab out of Nebraska. They must have cash flow issues because they waited over 5 weeks before they even placed the order with Japan. Also, I personally did not like the product--thought the Lumbar x-rays were not good image quality--so I returned the unit as agreed with them.(I had a 30 day money back guarantee) It took them 6 weeks to return my money.
The manager Ken blatantly lies and tries to pretend that they are the corporate office for Japan. They are NOT!! They are simply a distributor so don't fall prey to their BS.
If you really have to have a Naomi then look to other distributors!

Dear Fellow Doctors
Thank you for taking the time to warn others of the unprofessionalism of the distributor or NAOMI itself in processing of your orders. I just received a flyer/brochure from the company and am shredding it as we speak. I will look for a more reputable company that provides a qualtiy product and service. I am a Chiropractor but own and operate an Urgent Care center and cannot afford to not have a properly working x-ray machine.

There were some delivery issues in the past we do admit. Ken and Andrew are no longer with the company and there have been many changes made including the ability to guarantee the delivery in 2 weeks in writing for any who require it. Naomi continues to grow and we are willing to show our quality of all sizes of patients for any who are interested. We do appreciate all positive and negative feed back as it is a way to always make adjustments to make our business better. All sales reps not give each doctor that requests cell phone numbers as well as email addresses that go directly to their phones to ensure proper communication is addressed and are more than happy to provide referrals to other doctors in your area. We appreciate the business of all of our 1,321 Naomi users here in the united states and look forward to the continued growth of our company.

"I am a Chiropractor but own and operate an Urgent Care center"

haha Sure you do mr. chiropractor.

Since chiropractors are forbidden by law to do even simple medical procedures like giving vaccinations and prescribing antibiotics, why am I "guessing" that you're full of baloney?

And since the above liar (wisdom) lost his license due to swindling insurance companies, why am I guessing he isn't credible? Just asking.
See, it's like this--the posters with the most credibility are the ones who no longer practice since their licenses got revoked.
For those who don't know, wisdom ADMITTED he bilked insurance companies by trolling for new patients with the promise of NOOPE (No Out Of Pocket Expenses). A felony. And we should listen to him--why????
Oh, he also now claims (after years of denying it) that he's an MD who is the head of neurosurgery at a famous NY hospital but won't say which one, citing, "none of your business which one, just take my word for it." ha ha ha ha

I'm guessing you think you can give vaccinations and prescribe antibiotics. Is this what you tell everyone?

Hey Wisdom, If you knew anything about Chiropractic, or the human body for that matter, you would know that Chiropractors do not believe in the "germ theory" of disease, and therefore would not administer vaccinations or prescribe antibiotics even if they could. Strengthen the body, and let it fight the dis-ease for you.

Ever hear of the phrase you get what you paid for? In reference to the Naomi products I won't sell them! They are cheaply made, have poor imaging capabilities compared to REAL digital systems and I even heard they may be banned for use on humans in a couple states because of poor image quality.

Every DR system is NOT created equal.....even if they have the same technology of hardware in place the final image quality is dependent on the computer software algorithms used. This is the area where FUJI shines! Fuji has been the go to digital supplier of major hospitals across the country for years and now makes products for chiropractors, vets, podiatrists and small clinics.

If your going digital do not waste your money on these fly by night untested systems! I would strongly recommend you contact a local x-ray sales and service provider and look at FUJI, AGFA, KONICA and CARESTREAM products. I personally like the FUJI systems as they have excellent imaging capabilities and are a TANK when it comes to reliability! Good luck hunting gentlemen!

Smart move! If they can't even deliver their product what do you think the time span for repair parts and service are? Look into FUJI, AGFA or KONICA CR systems and Viztek or Vatek / Rayance for a good chiro DR system. Hope this helped!

Dr. Bob.....I have heard many of the same complaints about the Naomi system! MANY chiropractors have never seen a GOOD DR or CR system so they have nothing to compare it to! FUJI and AGFA make good chiro CR systems and Vatek/Rayance and Viztek make a good chiro DR system. If people think the delivery of their system is an issue wait until they need repairs and parts!

The tool 'wisdom' is a swindler. He belongs in jail with all the other swindlers.
He said,(his words) that while he was a chiropractor he billed the %$#@ out of insurance companies during the "mercedes 80'" yet (get this) "performed generic manipulation for no specific conditions." In other words, he LIED while filling out patient insurance forms--writing down a diagnostic code that didn't exist. That's called fraud. And that's a felony.
Oh, but please listen to this tool's advice. Take it and you may wind up in jail with him.
