My pelvis is 15 mm out of alignment and I get pain on the right side of my body... Will getting orthotics with a lift (heel) help solve the issue?

Orthtoics can help, but you don't need to spend a lot of money on them. I recommend orthotics to my patients. I would say at least 90% of my patients benefit from the inexpensive store bought orthotics they can buy for under twenty dollars--in fact most only cost ten dollars. Dr. Scholl's are very good.

Orthotics are very effective for the proper alignment of foot. The doctors at Corrective chiropractic & Wellness recommended orthotics to my friend and now her foot is perfectly aligned.

I would think that the right orthotics could help with that issue. I know that since so much of the way you walk or step can affect you hip, it's a good investment. I'd suggest at least giving it a shot for a few months. Find a good practice near you and see if it works, I bet you'll notice a difference. http://www.customorthopedicltd.ca/en/orthotic...

I think it's crazy how much each part of our body is connected to each other. I have two extra bones in my feet and because of them, I can't stand straight. The doctor says that my pelvis is crooked. It drives me crazy that I can stand upright. It might be a good idea for me to find out if orthotics would help my alignment in any way. http://www.millcroftorthotic.com
