Can anyone describe the meaning of this report.

1.Severe Calcific Aortic Stenosis.
2.Moderate concentric Left ventricular Hypertrophy
3.No regional wall abnormality,LVEF-65%
4.Grade II Diastolic dysfunction.

What its meaning and impact on life and what is the treatment?
