chest cramp while driving bike

Hi all..
I'm here to enquire about something..I had a pain in my chest(chest cramp) while driving bike today morning..it was for 10 seconds..it dont occur usually..say 1 time in 6 months..does that mean anything related to heart..do i need to check cholestrol..or is it normal?..I quitted smoking 3 weeks before...(aftr 6 years smoking)..and 1 week before i had chest infection and it is completely cured now..please give necessary advice..
