Twitches and jerks after treatment

I recently got three straight back to back sessions for a) tennis elbow and b) hand pain - which may or not be carpal tunnel.Same doctor.
Along with acupuncture, the doctor also did a bit of acupressure and something like chiropractic - where he straightened out parts of my spine.
Anyway, the elbow pain did improve. However, during the acupuncture session, I could feel my arms flying and hands moving - I thought that was normal.
Afterwards, the next day, the 'arms flyimg' and hands movement turned into a more 'jerky ' kind of movement. As if my hands were trying to 'shake off' something. Same for my spine - where I feel a jerky movement as if it's trying to straighten itself out.
Is this normal? This is now 4 days after the treatment - and some jerkiness still persists.

I also experienced something similar. I got an extensive 3+ hour treatment of accupressure and also had my back straightened. Afterwards, any stress from getting yelled at induces spasms in my arm muscles. I haven't figured out how to reverse it or what caused it but my best guess is that there were a lot of toxins in my joints and they were all released in a short period of time causing havoc on the nervous system. 4 years ago, I developed Crohn's Disease after getting a bunch of allergy shots that contained squalene. I know squalene is very detrimental to the nervous system and I wouldn't be surprised if this adjuvant got stored in my spinal fluid cause I know LSD and other drugs can wind up there too.
