And how are these VARIATIONS caused?

As the article states, the variation is caused by a a Single nucleotide polymorphism (or SNP), which is the most basic type of spontaneous genetic mutation, as it only affects one of the genetic bases. The four genetic bases are adenine (A), guanine (G), thymine (T) and cytosine (C).

If a random copying error results in a base substitution, or the insertion or deletion of a single base (A, or G, or T, or C), then a SNP has occurred. Professor Baron-Cohen has found found that certain SNPs in the GABRB3 gene were significantly more common in people with Aspergers. This is important research.

Garbage. Gene theory is unreliable and unsophisticated. Its hypothetical that genes alone cause Aspergers or autism.

What a joke. The Winnipeg dummy is now claiming that he knows more about the workings of genetics than Professor Baron-Cohen at Cambridge University.

And where is the Winnipeg dummy's scientific evidence that Professor Baron-Cohen's data consists of lies?

As usual with the Winnipeg dummy, there is none.

As usual I'm a UK dummy, there are many.

Oh look, the Winnipeg dummy has posted using my name and admitted that he is an imbecile. He didn't need to do that, because we already knew that he is an imbecile, who doesn't have any scientific evidence for vaccines causing autism.

ric99%dumb is again exhibiting his comprehension deficits.

Well, the phrase "I am an imbecile" didn't originate from any of my posts, as is clearly obvious to anyone who has read my posts. It first appeared in the Winnipeg dummy's post #7, so logically he must have been referring to himself. The Winnipeg dummy is the one with the comprehension deficit if he thinks I wrote it.

Send for the men in white coats for the Winnipeg dummy.

He can just keep it up. It's just another great demonstration how anti vaxxers twist the truth to fit their own conspiracy, and how they're never serious when it's a serious topic. Winnipeg must be the poster child for anti vaxxers.
