Being forced to buy healthcare by our federal gubment is also not constitutional.
Let alone the penalty of fines, higher taxes and jail for choosing not to buy goods and services.
The courts will be clogged with countless cases challenging the whole charade.
No wonder lawyers and insurance companies are for it.
