Danny Glover may have a msg, so do Al Sharpton, Jessee Jackson, Louis Coleman etc & they are ALL extremist, radicals & biased in their own methods & speeches & actions. Self serving BS'ocrats.
They have little creditability to me & many others.
They do NOT care about what is fair, only what keeps them in the news.
Are any of them telling the black people that THEY need to make their way om their own & quit expecting handouts? NO they are & do not.
I could go on & on with specifics but it's late & I am ready for bed

Seems like a good take-home lesson, alright.

Yeah, right of right and still wrong.
You are off by four years from the election under discussion, even if your source were unassailable.

But then you clearly don't need to be rational to impress yourself, do you?

Actually, it takes too much effort to get rid of the tannin in them before they will make useful flour. Otherwise, they might be useful.

Some tribes used to put them in bags and leave them submerged in streams for extended periods, others buried them in boggy ground.

You failed to mention who was the chairperson of commission when the draft was leaked. That's right, Mary Frances Berry who believes all white people will do any thing possible to keep black Americans down.

Is this what you also believe?

Isn't that a bit of a ridiculous level, even for an ad hominem argument? The facts don't matter because they are associated with someone who has a motivation to point them out?

I'm through following your ludicrous links. There is never anything relevant on the other end of them. Given the general run of your content, I guess I shouldn't be surprised by that.

It is well accepted that for a study to have an objective conclusion, anyone conducting the study should be as uninvolved & unbiased as possible or it opens itself to skepticism.
I am NOT saying that self interest can NOT come to a valid conclusion, just that the findings would be open to criticism. It is human to do so.
example: the Warren Commission findings.

Springfield, Illinois Aug. 18, 2009 – What could you do with $200 million in tax revenues? If you were the state of Illinois, you might create 5,000 jobs, each paying $40,000 per year. That won’t happen, says the International Premium Cigar & Pipe Retailers Association, because of tax losses stemming from lower casino revenues directly related to the statewide smoking ban enacted last year.

The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis announced recently that a study by two of its economists proved that the statewide smoking ban enacted in January, 2008 by the state of Illinois was the primary reason that its nine casinos lost $400 million in revenues last year. The 38-page study was reported in the July issue of The Regional Economist and showed that the smoking ban was chiefly responsible for a 22 percent decline in revenues compared to recent years and to the performance of casinos in nearby states.

Sorry, but when you post something about the 2004 election as if it were the definitive source on elements of the 2000 election, it is not a question of challenging your source. Your source is simply and OBVIOUSLY not relevant.

I provided the links to the report (NOT an opinion piece) from a government commission (NOT from one individual) BECAUSE someone asked how a person COULD be "fraudulently disenfranchised". The content those links brought into play explained/answered that question fully.

The documentary provides details and, as I recall, tells you where to find the raw data.

As to the problems with access to the polling centers themselves, there were news spots about that in the week or two after the election. Anyone paying attention back then would have known of it, and the consensus at the time was that there was simply nothing that could be done about it in a manner that would correct the impact of the errors.

Ah, but there is nothing involved here but a CLAIM regarding the focus of the person involved. There are NO grounds offered for suspecting the specific data, and there are now ALTERNATE data sets provided.

Now, in the specifics of this, Kyboy has demanded that we accept the (discredited and vacated as incompetent) opinion of a federal judge who was actually a former EMPLOYEE of the tobacco industry, and of scientists who are KNOWN to be EMPLOYEES of the tobacco, regarding scientific findings that are MIRRORED by studies run by the tobacco industry's OWN scientists, and findings which the tobacco companies THEMSELVES have admitted. And this when the companies have been caught conspiring to confuse the public with disinformation campaigns on exactly those findings.
HAS HE NOT?
