I agree with u mam people who meet u can't say u r minting money there. U r most congenial doctor and benevolent person i'v ever met.. I saw u even left ur consultation charge or give free medicine to those patients whom doesnt hav money at that tym. So dnt get tense what other person say abt aimil r abt u without knowing u.
But i'v one complain to u is i want to talk to u related to my problem bt u didnt pick ur cal i know its not easy to respond every cal as a busy person like u r but u should make a proper tele-couselling system to those who lived outside delhi n cant visit clinic regularly.

Hello folks,
I landed on this discussion while searching for reviews of Lukoskin.
I must say, people have done a great job by sharing their experiences.
I am suffering from Vitiligo from past 25 years. Until this time I was very fortunate as it never appeared on my face, but now it has started showing on my face (under eyes, lips and ears). Its pretty much heavily present on other parts of my body. I am a married man and fortunately my wife has never made me feel awkward or different but I feel that she does feel all of above deep down.
I did use Lukoskin for some 3 months but discontinued it due to job restrictions(Merchant Navy) and inability to follow the strict diet regime.
But now I believe I ll have to start it all over again.
I have some questions for Dr. Nikita:
1. I have seen some people sharing the names of some other medicines recommended by you. Do I have to meet you personally so that you can recommend me the correct medicine or I can just take them along with Lukoskin. The medicines are Amylcure Ds and Aarogyavardhini Bati.
2. I read that you have recommended not to consume green chilli, can it be consumed in cooked form?
3. I often find the word Stress associated with Vitiligo. What constitutes Stress? These days almost every moment of life is full of stress, whether its professional or personal life. In context of the disease very often quarreling is considered stress provided I have proper sleep?
4. Is it possible that I mail you the test results as mentioned in the previous posts? Can you please elaborate a little on the details of the tests, including what detail I ll have to provide to the laboratory?

Thanks

Nitin

Another thing to ask is, does smoking (a stick or two day) interfere with the course of treatment?

Hi Friends,
I am using this product since 3 weeks. It is more effective then all other medicines I have tried in the past. All white patches have turned pink(I hope this is a positive sign for cure). But I could see blister on some areas (in the medicine it is written blister/irritation is a positive sign for erthyma/pigmentation). Does anyone else face this problem? Also they have not provided whether the medicine should be taken before/after food. Does anyone know about that?

If you have blisters you ate either exposing ur skin to sunlight too long or applying a lot of cream so reduce the amount you are applying just add a thin layer.jasmine oil heals the blisters. I don't think it matters if I take it before or after food

One cannot always blame patients as not being strict with diets. Even though some don't follow diet strictly, there are some who do follow it strictly. Have the researchers tried the medicines on patients without the diet. They should have done that when they research.
Some of the products mentioned as diet is being told for generations by laymen which may not be true. When DRDO includes all these things as diet restrictions, how would anyone believe. They have included everything like chilli, tomato which are basic ingredients, so it is easier to blame patients if the product doesn't work.
I think DRDO should research again on patients who eat everything or at least reduce the number of products which are mentioned in diet restructions. If they keep on including everything said by our forefathers as diet without much research, then people will certainly be skeptical about diet. Because even many homeopathic and allopathic doctors don't agree with these things.

Dear Lukoskin Users,
We are using this medicine since 01-01-2012 to 17-01-2013 with all food restriction (As per AMIL)but we are not got the good result with the help of this medicine
Our judgment
1.We got the re-pigmentation but with in the short span of time the pigment are dis appearing and retain to original state.
2.Spreading @ 25%
Hence we have stopped this medicine from 21-01-2013 becasue we are not getting any responce rather than that expansion.
But we don't want to reduce the other's hopes, but we have to say the truth only to this community.
Best of Luck for the rest of the users
Thanks

Hi Matrix: You say it has been spreading. Were the patches spreading before you tried Lukoskin. Even I have vitiligo which spreads at some time of the year and stops for some months. I have been planning to take lukoskin, but due to lot of diet restrictions I have not started yet. If it spreads after lukoskin, I just do not want to try. Let me know your experience, and also please let me know if have really followed the diet very strictly and how many times per day were you applying the medicine.

Dapun,

I will provide you with some input and I hope this helps. In my experience Lukoskun does not cause any spread. My wife used it and she had absolutely no spread intact it stopped the spreading. My wife did not follow a strict diet however she was punctual in terms of the Medicine and sun exposure. She regained a lot of pigment over the summer last year close to 80 to90 percent. We live in a place where it's impossible to get any sunshine in winter and this for the past 4 months she has not been getting any sunshine and she has list the color she regained. The bottom line is it does generate pigment and does not cause spread however in our case we can't call it a cure as my wife lost the pigment she aquired. We have been asked to take some tests to check liver function etc and once we do that will get back to AIIML and co silt them. If this medicine can save the pigment that one regains I would classify this as a cure and this would be the best medicine in the market. I must also accept that the failure could be because we didn't follow diet restrictions but the reason I think the loss of pigment is in our care not associated with diet is because when my wife was regaining pigment last year she didn't follow the diet but never list any pigment ad long as there was sunshine.Just to add my wife eats very healthy the only place she would be breaking the diet is by eating vegetables like tomatoes that are prohibited.

Hope this helps.
