Although I will say best of luck to you, I know it is not just luck. It is passion, drive and commitment. I don't usually watch this type of sports during the olympics but if you are there I will be glued to the set. Cheering on one from our little ol' 4-corners.

Good luck Jessie. Hmmmm, I wonder how much tribal discretionary money went to her training, since her grandfather is a council delegate. I, for one would like to know.

Good Luck Jessie! Be proud of who you are when your competing. It's good to hear in the media that we have one of our own natives striving to compete in the world of sports. A job well done!! It takes a lot of spirited mind and determination to be where your at. All the struggles and sacrifices that you tend to do on a daily basis and at the end this is what you accomplish as an individual being the BEST.

Good job girl.....as for tribal assistance? I assure you that none of that happen: because the navajo tribe is very, very, very, very, very slow, about assistance towards any tribal members! just view the "Conditions" of parts of the "REZ".....Good-day to "U" all.

This is Jessie's mother. First, I would like to thank the supporters and well-wishers,“Thank you!” Second, I can assure you that Navajo contributed ZERO dollars to Jessie's Taekwondo. You know why, We Never Asked!! Our family and I work very hard to support Jessie in this expensive sport. You're a "Council Investigator", I welcome you to investigate! No negative comments, please! Finally, I can say, Jessie is VERY proud to be Navajo and to represent the Tribe in a positive light... whether the Tribe gives her money or not.
