Okay so I bought a Fairtex 6ft bag it weigh 95lbs according to UPS. I bought a Everlast U Mount and a 400lb Carabineer I was going to install the mount on a 4x4 between two 1 ½ inch by 4 ft beams on the upstairs neighbor patio. Will this hold? If not I was going to get a spring anyways and attach it to the Everlast mount and then a S hook. Will this work? Please let me know what you guys think? If not I was thinking of a 2x6 and drill it to all the beams and then install the mount in the middle.
Called several independent and handyman service guys all different ways to install and cost is about $40-$55. Most handyman service company's are not interested in doing the job.

Ever consider buying a heavybag/speedbag platform? Some sporting goods stores do have them. It eliminates having to go through all that questionable installation.
