The new publication, "MUAY THAI: THE BOXERS OF THAILAND" appears to be a must have book for Muay Thai enthusiasts, and martial arts enthusiasts of all styles as well. This book should be in every martial artists personal library in my opinion.

Muay Thai is an incredible asian martial arts in many, many ways. The fighters are truly world class athletes who epitomize the word WARRIOR. The art has tradition, beautiful rituals, incredibly intense fighting, and is very addictive visually for foreigners who visit Thailand and get to see the real thing in Thai rings.

A good Muay Thai match is just about the most exciting exhibition one can imagine, and not just because of the fighters in the ring (the crowd, the gamblers, the ringside musicians, and even the people who sell cold drinks all add up to an experience that would fit right into the sci-fi movie BLADE RUNNER.

I have followed it since the mid sixties. My interest has not lessened foour decades laster.

Tranquility!

P.S. Check out BUAKAW POR PRAMUK the current K1 MAX world champion in many clips on YOUTUBE.COM , and you might get hooked on Muay Thai by watching him dispatch international kickboxers with his considerable Muay Thai skillsl
