Hy. Want to ask if low kicks and middle kicks are good for hip an knee strenghtening. My hips are popping sometimes and knees also. Need to strenghten those so...

You can try Stretching ISO movements, you can only do them every OTHER day, you get into a stretch and then ISO strength back against it so the muscle is fully lengthened and then strengthened.
