This is a really nice advertisement for Red Dragon Karate; please don't sell it as a news story.

I took Red Dragon when I was a child, and it is an excellent foundation which can be built upon later for other arts or sports. The discipline required to move through the ranks kept me occupied after school and out of trouble. The leg strength you gain stays with you for life, from mountian biking to snow boarding. Right now I'm using my Left Horse Stance all day long snowboarding in Big Bear!

Shi-Han Casamassa is an inspirational figure, and quite a personalble character in person. Check out his accomplishments on the internet, and that of his father's, Lou Casamassa.
